Facing the beachfront, Be Zanzibar Boutique Hotel offers 5-star accommodation in Mfumbwi and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and terrace. We had a wonderful stay at Be Zanzibar. Everything exceeded expectations! The owner, who is an architect, thought of every detail and curated a beautiful experience merging his experiences in Mexico and Dubai! They have multiple water sports you can do for free (clear kayak, paddle board, water bikes, etc.), and a dhow if you want to go snorkeling. The food at the restaurant, Casa Coco, was the cherry on top…great selection to choose from and the best Thai fried rice we have had at a non-Thai restaurant. Many thanks to Tarek, Alé, Yahya, and the whole Be Zanzibar family. Can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back again soon!

I travelled with my kids and to be honest this place did not feel like a lodge or hotel, it felt like home away from home. Everyone from the owners Eric and Sophie to all the staff were so warm, friendly and welcoming. They made it so hard for us to leave. We really enjoyed our vacation and we will for sure go back there. Thank you to all of the Lodges staff and a big thank you to Eric and Sophie for make our trip a memorable one. We will always remember this holiday.

Amani Hotel Paje has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and bar in Paje. The property is around a few steps from Paje Beach, 2.6 km from Bwejuu Beach and 19 km from Jozani Forest. Clean, nice staff, the breakfast is good. AC in the room, always hot water. Less than 5 min to the beach and supermarket. I felt super safe all the time. And the Paje beach is so beautiful, white sand and blue crystal clear water even when is low tide in the morning. I recommend this place.

BaraBara Eat&Sleep - Eco Boutique Hotel features free bikes, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Paje. One of the best places i've stayed at on Zanzibar. The owners and the staff were more than great. The food and smoothies was super good. Everything was made with attention for the details. Room was clean and equiped with all i needed. I enjoyed my stay very, very much and stayed even longer than planned.

In my experience one of the most beautiful places in Zanzibar. If you like more peace & quiet & you appreciate the nature then this is the perfect spot! Absolutely loved the experience, the room & everything. They will make sure you'll enjoy your holiday. I even prolonged my stay.

It's a cozy little spot, well-planned, sitting right on the beach, and there's this seamless connection between the villas and the beach that feels just right. You can tell that the owners really considered every little thing here. The food is so carefully prepared and absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly, on-point, and super quick to help out. Honestly, it's just the ideal place to be.

We stayed for two days and were truly impressed. The rooms were spacious and the mosquito control was exceptional. Their laundry service was incredibly affordable, charging per machine load. We laundered clothes from our 8-day Safari, and it only cost us $15. We also booked airport transfers, scooter rentals, and dolphin tour through the hotel, which provided extra assurance and ensured our entire stay was comfortable. At one point, we left an iPhone in a taxi but managed to retrieve it smoothly with the hotel's help. On our last day, we were stranded on the beach due to a high tide. The owner stayed in constant contact with the other hotel's manager via WhatsApp, ensuring our safe return. We are immensely grateful for the exceptional service.
