My room was facing the harbour and my timing was perfect as aI saw the cruise ship come and go. The hotel is very close to the town central so a very convenient location. Breakfast foods was freshly prepared. Throughout the hotel the staff were friendly and eager to please the guest. I particularly liked the extra touch of hats for the guest, the delivery of a fruit basket upon arrival and the hand deliver of an afternoon "cookie pack". I am a very satisfied customer!

For a hotel parking that costs 12 euros per day, they will let you park on a nearby street at a cost of half a euro per hour, this is better because most of the day you travel the island by car.

I would have liked to meet Senhora da Rosa for congratulating with her for the place she created. Only one suggestion: I would have appreciate to have the chance to choose a bottle of champagne at the Asian restaurant but it is definitely the best hotel I have ever seen in my entire life!

Henkilökunta tarjoili yllätyksenä herkullisen täytekakun syntymäpäivän aamuna. Ravintolan illallinen oli myös erinomainen. Pieni kuntosali oli mukava yllätys. Hotellin hierontapalvelu oli myös hyvä. Hotellin asiakaspalvelu varasi meille myös valaiden ja delfiinien katseluretken ja se oli upea. Menisin mielelläni uudestaan samaan hotelliin!
