The functional kitchen, the very useful washing machine x dryer, the very convenient dishwasher ❤️ and the very very friendly and helpful staff 🥰 I can't feel more like home then I am here.

Boasting a shared lounge, bar and views of city, Poshtel is situated in Oamaru, 38 km from Moeraki Boulders. The accommodation features luggage storage space and free WiFi throughout the property. Everything was excellent. The common room is decorated to the nines with all kinds of interesting things. Breakfast was a continental breakfast, but with plenty of choices and fresh bread. The location is not completely perfect as it is located right next to Highway 1. However, the windows are very well insulated and the hotel even provides earplugs, which I didn't need as at night there was not much traffic. Otherwise it is within easy walking distance of the historic Victorian downtown area, the Steampunk Museum, and even the penguins.
