Liz is very friendly to her guests. The breakfast options are amazing like the omelette, full English breakfast, porridge, etc. freshly made from her kitchen. It was huge servings too that we had to request to make smaller servings for us the next day. The property is walking distance to the esplanade and it has a free street parking.

The staff were so friendly and the room was amazing, really clean and bright and so quiet. The food was delicious and served on hot plates! The location was perfect for the Scillonian to and from The Isles of Scilly.

This property is run by a very wonderful and friendly couple, Richard and Sarah. Breakfast was fantastic because Richard has culinary skills of a chef. Sarah is constantly making sure the guests are all well attended to and the entire wall of cereal, milk, juices, bread etc is evidence of the generous spread. We tried the full English Breakfast, Egg Benedict and Egg Royale. They were excellent. The rooms were spacious with nice clean sheets and towels.

Allan was a very lovely and helpful host! He carried my 23 kg suitcase two floors upstairs. He also gave us helpful tips and recommendations and gave us the feeling we are very welcome in this house! The room was pretty big and we had plenty of space to spread our luggage. The brakfast was good B&B standard with a good selection of standard breakfast dishes.

Fantastic Location. Friendly staff. The room size was brilliant, even if it was right at the top of the stairs. Breakfast offered was really good Duncan and Shaline were great hosts. Will definitely look to book here again if we do make the long journey from Glasgow.

We chose this B & B based on previous reviews and were not disappointed. Garrin, Alison and Louise were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was spotless and our room was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and we had some lovely chats afterwards. My wife has a medical issue with her eyes and this was accommodated for. Thank you. A bottle of champagne was kept in their fridge as it was our wedding anniversary. They even presented us with a box of delicious chocolates to celebrate. It is the perfect place to park. If you want to you can leave the car and catch public transport. Certainly deserves a 5 star rating.
